There was a time before the internet, before playstation, Wii and console games. And during that time, we found pleasure in this game - carom. it's played like pool except it's on a wooden square board with 4 holes and in place of cues, you use your finger in a flick motion to hit the shooter (a larger flat disc) to hit the seeds (smaller flat discs) into the holes.

Takes me back to my teenage years, where I'd spend hours playing this over homemade tea, shared cigarettes and Van Halen on the radio.

Got this Carom board from a colleague who knew where to find one. Bless him!

Still I'd settle for my Intenet connection to come back!
