One of the main reasons for the visit to Singapore was to attend the wedding of Imran and Arifah. Had a lovely night with great food, lots of music, a whole heap of reminiscing and a little surprise performance at the end.

Went to my old school today... it was a really spiritual experience. It's now the Singapore Art Museum and while walking through the exhibits, I thought to myself, I would give anything to have one of my paintings hang on the wall of that place... ambition. More tomorrow.

Some walkabout shots of Singapore. This is at the junction of Coleman Road with St Andrew's Church in the foreground and the once tallest hotel in the world in the background (it's changed it's name several times since I've been back, that I'm not really sure what it's called anymore. And I'm quite sure it's not the tallest hotel either.) More tomorrow.

Spring, why hast thou forsaken us? It's gone back to the cold of winter and so it's back to more indoors shooting.
At Fi's house tonight, and I really wanted to make the connection between Spring and this potted plant of what looks like chives, which to me is like baby Spring onions... anyway I digress.
So here's and exercise in bokeh. More tomorrow.

A close up of the newly rebuilt Great Southern Wheel - Melbourne's answer to the London Eye and the Singapore Flyer. Only thing is that it overlooks the, let's just say, less scenic part of the city.
Well, the first time they built it, there were structural flaws, so after several millions of dollars, here's the supposedly improved wheel. Nothing like throwing money at a lost cause. More tomorrow.
