9Week 08

9Week 08 18-25/2/18

Missed this year's St Kilda Festival, so here's something from outside the festival - The infamous Grey Street. Better known for being seedier side of St Kilda, moments before I took this shot, a girl was seen removing the tags from a whole bunch of clothing she already had on, right on the footpath, in plain sight. More next week.

9Week 07

9Week 07 11-18/2/18

This post should get me back on track with my shot a week. Here's something from Last weekend's White Night festival. Lights, fashion, runway, dancing... this year's White night had it all. You can see more white night 2018 stuff here. More next week.

9Week 05

Just running a couple of weeks behind in posting. Took this one of the Super Blue Blood Moon, a mouthful to say, but it does take your breath away. More soon.

9Week 04

9Week 04 21-28/1/18

The Australia Day long weekend turned out to be a real hot one. With temperatures in the high 30s and high humidity, it was a wonder so many came out to play at the Australia Day Parade and party at Kings Domain at the botanical gardens. I took this on my way home, when the roads were still relatively quiet and everyone was still in a party mood. More next week.

Australian Open week, so naturally it was going to be a Genie shot. Took this during her second round match with Halup. Better luck next year. More next week.

9Week 02

9Week 02 7-14/1/18

Finally back to street shooting. Really wished I brought my 50mm on this little walkabout (less intrusive, and at f1.4 heaps more bokeh). Still, couldn't resist the light falling on the columns, stairs and the people when I saw the scene. More next week.
