Missed this year's St Kilda Festival, so here's something from outside the festival - The infamous Grey Street. Better known for being seedier side of St Kilda, moments before I took this shot, a girl was seen removing the tags from a whole bunch of clothing she already had on, right on the footpath, in plain sight. More next week.
