Today's shot was an exercise in trying to emulate daylight. I set 2 flashes bare outside the glass doors and had the blinds down. I also had the room lights on and a 40 inch LCD TV set on white just behind the camera. And guess what? 17 shot later this is the result... It's that or I could have waited till the morning.

BTW this is a "Takraw" ball. The game itself is like volleyball, except that it uses a rattan ball and only allows players to use their feet, knee, chest and head to touch the ball. This example is a plastic version of the rattan ball.
