It's been a busy week, and while I'm glad to see the end of it, it's also been a lot of fun.
And today, we had a visitor at work. Belinda Hocking, whom I shot a video of last week came over to our office with her medals and very kindly let us all touch it, and in some cases, even wear them.
Today's shot was taken a week ago and that's her with her medals- A gold and a bronze! More tomorrow.

And yes... I got to touch an actual gold and bronze medal. Very exciting.

Made it to Footscray tonight, and more importantly, made it back. It's not a great part of the city, but the lure of new places to eat was stronger than need for self preservation.

On the plus side, I got my taxes done today! And I managed to get out and enjoy a very nice morning (albeit freezing morning) by the bay in Port Melbourne.
On the minus side, I just wasted 2 hours of my life watching Sharknado 2!
