Meet Ilya, the multi-talented artist and author. I designed one of his books and these shots were taken for the inside jacket. Here's one of the outtakes. I was playing around with a very low f-stop to get mainly his eyes in focus... Ilya happens also to be the only person I know with Heterochromia iridium (2 different coloured eyes), which makes him an even more interesting man.

Went full on black and white today. It was a weird day today - cold, rain, hail even, and it's the middle of summer. Was hoping to capture some of that "Godlight" coming through the window, but the swirling wind just didn't kick up enough dust. Oh well, maybe some other day. More tomorrow.

Meet the as yet unnamed daughter of James and Sasha. Visited James today at the hospital after his accident and was really glad to see that mother and baby had also come to visit.
Good news is Dad is doing well and so too are mother and baby. And yes she will be named very soon. More tomorrow.
